Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns we don’t fully understand. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to heal. Life today can be so fast-paced and busy that it is easy to feel overwhelmed, and we all need a space where we can finally experience some peace.
My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—two evidence-based frameworks that complement each other in powerful ways. EFT helps us explore the emotional undercurrents that shape how we relate to ourselves and others, while CBT provides practical tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Together, they offer a path toward greater clarity, connection, and resilience.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we are wired for connection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, or past trauma, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen and understood. From there, we can gently explore what’s beneath the surface, identify core emotional needs, and work toward meaningful change. In my experience, this is even more important for teens and young adults. Since the pandemic and the rise of digital community through social media, there has been a growing trend of loneliness and disconnection. Distress tolerance and resilience seem to be at a low point, and many individuals can feel like they are at the end of their rope. My goal is to come alongside you and help you along in this journey to engage more meaningfully with your environment, your relationships, but above all, with yourself.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about coming home to yourself with more understanding and compassion.
I know what it is like to feel alone. Often, it can feel extremely suffocating. The purpose of my work is to help you reach a point where you can just breathe again. Together, we will explore what it can be like to be comfortable in your skin again and be reconnected with the parts of you that you may have lost sight of.
